David Cleon Skousen holds a B.A., M.S. in History, Political Science, Geography and Government Service. As a Certified teacher 7-12 in Utah, he taught in public and private schools. David is an avid writer, researcher, poet and music composer. He narrated all videos, developing and refining this course, working on it full time for 12 years with Barbara Schmidt.
Barbara Schmidt holds a B.A. from Vanderbuilt University. She studied at Peabody College in Special and Early Childhood education. She was a teacher for Head Start and owned a Montessori school in Provo, Utah, where she taught her daughter to read by age two! This course is an improved version of that world-famous Montessori system.
